- Consultation form: your first name, last name, phone number, email address and anything you tell us about your goals.
- Booking a call: when you book a Discovery Call through our online scheduler, the details you enter to book it and the meeting time you choose.
- Chat: the messages you type into the chat window on our site and any contact details you share there.
- Email and phone: anything you send us when you contact us directly.
Information collected automatically
- Marketing source: our consultation form records campaign tracking codes from the link that brought you to our site, such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs (Google gclid, Facebook fbclid and Microsoft msclkid), so we know which marketing reached you.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics, connected through Google Site Kit, and Jetpack Stats from Automattic to understand how visitors use the site, such as the pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you found us. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and receive your IP address.
- Technical data: our web host and website tools process technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages, load fonts and images, and protect the site from attacks and spam.

Your Requests
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@dtxdigital.net. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Data Retention and Security
We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, such as following up on your inquiry or serving you as a client, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. We use reasonable measures to protect it, and our site is served over a secure HTTPS connection, but no method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.
Other Websites
Our site links to other websites, such as our Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Maps pages and our online booking page. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle information.

Our site and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
